I want to give away a home and Help out The Salvation Army too this Christmas!

I am giving away a home to a member of my group on FringeIdeas.com. The home is a complete new home on a beautiful 1 acre lot just 20 minutes (an easy commute) north of Kingston, Ontario. The home is debt free and all the costs to transfer the deed will be paid for, so the new owner will have the house completely without cost.

So here is how the idea will work. It will cost you $20 to buy 15 points. It will cost you 5 points to join my group. I am looking to get 40,000 members to join this group at least. This will generate 200,000 points which will pay for the completion of the Home. NCP Homes in Kingston has been contracted to build the home.

On December 17, 2011 I will open up a raffle for members of this group. You will need to spend a minimum of 1 point to get 1 ballot in the draw. I hope to raise 40,000 points from the Raffle to donate to The Salvation Army just after Christmas. On December 24th, I will close the raffle and on December 25, 2011 the computer will pick a winner and notify them that they have won a new home for Christmas.
